DC Consultants About Us

Based in Santa Cruz County, California, USA, DC Consultants has been
responsible for the design, construction, project administration and project
management of several private residence construction projects since 1986.
Projects are located in Contra Costa, Lake, Los Angeles, Mendocino,
Orange, Riverside, Santa Clara, and Santa Cruz Counties of California.

We have also been contracted to supply conceptual design services for
several municipal projects in Los Angeles, Riverside and Santa Clara
Counties of California.

DC Consultants' goal is to provide building design services from concept to
completion while focusing personal attention on the client's vision, bringing
a unique combination of art, proportion, function, and organization to select
building projects.

David Chalmers, Principal Engineer, has an extensive background in
Mechanical, Structural and Civil Engineering, Architectural and Building
Structural Design, spanning 30 years.

We retain several talented, detail-oriented craftsmen that we have
hand-selected based upon their fine craftsmanship skills, that are brought
in as needed to complete the various stages of our projects, to our
specifications and to exceed our client's expectations.
